    this is my first Rolex and my 5th watch in my collection and its just awesome the 37mm
    case fits me like a glove. next year will be upgrading to a sea dweller or sub but this is a great watch and a good value especially being a Rolex.

    Absolutely incredible watch on my wrist now for almost a month. Keeps awesome time loosing only half a second a day. It is extremely comfortable and very solid. Gone are the issues associated with Rolex bracelet stretch and cheap feel found with the hollow links and cheap clasp. This watch is solid 904 stainless with milled parts on the bracelet including the clasp. Beginning in July 2015 rolex will offer a 5 year warrantee on all watches which is great. I use the gmt feature when I travel or at home I set it on local time and at a glance it tells me how many hours left in the day. This watch is not as flashy as the Sub which is something I like when I travel. With incredible shock resistance and a antimagnetic movement you really never even have to take it off. This movement is very accurate and the case is built like a tank. Very high quality time piece that can be passed on to kids. I am thinking this watch may become collectable in future years.

    The model 16570 was replaced by current model 216570, which was introduced at Baselworld 2011. If you purchase a "new" 16570, it is likely to have been manufactured in 2010 or earlier. "Unworn" is perhaps a better adjective than "new" for the model 16570. The case size increased from 40mm to 42mm with the new model, along with several other upgrades. Full retail on the model 216570 is $8100 IIRC. My nearby authorized Rolex dealer offers significant discounts off full retail. (Information only for potential buyers.)

    I've had this watch for almost three years, and I love it! I know I shouldn't, but I wear it every day. I'm not easy on watches, but this is one tough watch. I've hit the face hard numerous times and nary a scratch. It's a Rolex. It looks so low key that its very rare for anyone to notice what kind of watch it is. Highly recommended.
